*Only available in CPT and JHB*. Your shipping address should be the same as the installation address so we can confirm service.
Our installer comes to your door to evaluate your property to double check price and options picked for your flooring.
Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality flooring products efficiently and securely.
- We use trusted courier services for standard deliveries. For remote locations, we may arrange delivery via the nearest accessible town or post office.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number and estimated delivery time.
- Deliveries occur during business hours; please ensure someone is available to receive your order.
- Delivery time varies based on location and order size/weight.
- Overnight courier options are available at extra cost; contact support for details.
Note: We are delivery-only and do not hold stock for pickup, enabling cost savings for customers.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If you're not satisfied with your flooring purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange return or exchange.
- Obtain approval before returning items; we'll email return instructions.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered only for damaged or incorrect orders.
- Refunds process to original payment method within 5 working days post-approval.
- Administration fee up to 10% may apply for certain returns.
